I have been your regular customer since 20 years and I am a senior citizen aged 70. This evening, I had come to the 9th floor, to buy a TV at 55 inches.
I had a very bitter experience and I was sentimentally hurt by rude and rough behaviour of Mr. Kumar, the staff available in the section. I asked him to write the model names with price in a piece of paper given by me, since my hands are shivering. He very roughly said “ I can not write “ . Then, I said “OK . You tell me the model with price and write so that I can consult my brother and decide. He said very rudely “ I can not tell . If you want, you can complaint to supervisor. My name is Kumar’. He should not behave with the customer rudely and his disrespect will spoil the customer relationship.
Then Mr. Marisamy, another staff pacified me. Since I lost my mood, I returned home. I record my displeasure in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
