They are trying to fool people by supplying anything under the name of “No refund” policy .
Although the consumer right protection Act 2019 clearly mentioned that a consumer has to be given refunds if the product is misrespresented / wrong / unfair …In my case it follows alll of these
I don’t want exchange bcz firstly they want me to courier myself, pay extra 150, do online payment and buying a item Expensive then this one, WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM AGAIN WHEN I HAVE WHOLE RIGHTS TO GET REFUND!!!
