[Resolved]  Lehman Brothers — Impact after LehmanBrother's alumni and ex-employee

Hi,

Have been hired for Lehman Brothers for Mumbai location during 2006 where they have over 20 lakhs employees world wide and started my position to work for Global Technology Services - Engineering Technology Services where they hire only Computer Science professional exclusively. Have been offered, Excellent Package for Joining in Mumbai Location. have been offered shares from their company where values 5-12lakhs + with fixed package of 6L other allowances hired to work in most non-affordable locations in Hiranandini Business Park Powai, else I have heard other got offered 30 lakhs opting out - shares. Due to personal reasons and emergency i have opted out of lehman brothers and in desire need to support my family and I returned back to near my hometown. after years passed it seems interesting came from 12 Lucrative company with Free Bar & Lounge Access, Free Buffet Lunch from Taj Group Hotels Mumbai to Normal aam aadmi seeking TCS for 4 lakhs in 2007 where it would be rare scenario in Software to come from 12 to 4 lakhs. i had argument while leaving Lehman Brothers as they can provide extended wfh as need to built Innovative and Patented work exclusively for Investment banking firm which is confidential for the firm had offered permanent position in united kingdom at time of resignation . Over period have left to london and returned back India for my wedding in 2012 and it seems inadvertently the work intimidation s happening and imitation is bringing simple path in each step where projects and accounts managed has found hiring crunch and non-availability of resources and huge work pressure where we used to work 14 hour day weeks and some times weekends. My wife left and have been divorced in 2015 as people may love Mumbai life but i was immersed in to chennai lifestyle. she sought for huge payout of 1.75 crores as permanent alimony and payout settlement where have started my career with 8000 per month may be from her Client clauses not from service provider clauses inherently the derivative formula is trying to include many clauses of discrimination as have been scholarship graduate right from school to college and university(fudged rank holder - dual Masters and phd ), and she being an sponsored quota, is there way to identify discrimination clauses on which can get compensation from my employers fraternity have worked over 14 years across chennai, bangalore, london, mumbai. some fudgingly have met with Bike accident and Car accidents and my health detoriated. Is there way to stop intimidation, imitation as this could be some rare fancytokens exclusively reserved like crypto feed. May be Non-disclosure agreement clauses lehman brothers being client for TCS and how it to be applied from Service Provider perspective.
