I had ordered for a headphone from www.lemall.com website on 19th September 2016. Online payment was also made for this order. The product was supposed to be delivered by 26th September 2016. I waited till 30th September 2016 and still did not get the product delivered.
I contacted their customer care on 1st of October and I was informed that, the product was Out of Stock and I will have to wait till 30th October 2016.
On 14th October 2016, I get a SMS stating "Hi, Your order for Headphones is Cancelled. We're adding Rs. 500 coupon to your account on purchase of 3000 during 18-20 October to make up for the trouble caused."
I called up the Customer care again and informed them that I don't want any coupon, I wanted a refund. They said they can't do anything from their end and I have to write an email to "[protected]@le.com". I wrote an email to them as well. I have not got any response yet. No signs of any refund provided as well.
