[Resolved] Lemall — Not getting refund from lemall | |||||
Hello, I am darpan jain having [protected] mobile no. I have purchased le max 2 mobile from lemall website. Then i returned the mobile due some issue in mobile and then the mobile was returned on 13th july. order id:[protected]. imei no [protected] Its already more than 1 month yet i have not received my refund. Company's policy for refund is 7-21 days. I have called many times to customer care yet i am not even getting the exact date of refund and they always say that be patient you will get your refund soon. I have also mailed them many times yet you are not responding. Please i request you to get refund me my Rs. 22999 as their policy of 21 working days is also over. Really very sad and disappointed.
