On dated 22.11.2024, I have made an call on Lemon tree Ghaziabad number [protected] for hotel booking. The customer executive offered me a room of 4800/- for which he has shared a QR code on my whats app number. I did the payment of 4800/- and it was successful. When for some time customer executive did not shared booking confirmation I again called the same number. They are again again saying same thing that they are paying but no payment received so far.
