Lemon Tree Hotels — Stay invoice not provided despite collecting full payments.

Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to inform you regarding my recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, kolkata
checkin - 31st May 2026 & checkout on 5th June 2026.
Upon checkout, the full amount of the stay was cleared via my HDFC credit card, however the GST Bill invoice was not been provided to me.

Upon asking the staff said that there are some technical issues in their backend and they will email me the GST invoice via email on my registered email address within coming 1-2 days.

However it has still not been done and today is 1 full month since I am requesting and constantly following with them for my rightful GST invoice as I also have to submit it further for my work related purposes.
The booking was made from my official email address (prashant.[protected]@tvsmotor.com) to the hotel directly.

I sincerely request for your kind help to escalate the issue and release my rightful invoice from the hotel.
