I had taken 3 lakhs business loan loan no:lai[protected] from lending kart finance limited.. Every month on 9th emi rs.16867 was debited from my account sri kamakshi taxi service a/c:[protected].in this corona period rbi had provided moratorium facility on emi. To make use of this facility i had mailed to lending kart finance limited customer service to provide moratorium facility. But they are presenting emi amount by ecs and they are debiting money from my account.in case of zero balance in my account they are collecting cheque bounce charges. Lending kart finance limited has not followed rbi guidelines. So please consider my issue and credit back my cheque bounce charges to my account. Please take action on lending kart finance limited. To this i will bank statement.
