Lendingkart — not provide noc letter while I paid all emi on time

I take a bussiness loan from this company. I paid all emi on time. 1st emi not deducted from my bank acount while my bank acount is maintain for this emi. Now company told me that you paid bouncing charge than i provide noc letter.
My loan num is lai[protected].
This company's service is very poor. I never apply a loan from this company. This company' service provider is lier.
