I am writing this complaint to highlight the extremely poor service and lack of accountability from both Lenovo India and their delivery partner Blue Dart Express.

Promised Delivery Date: 25 August 2025

Current Status: Not delivered as of 2 September 2025

Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, I have received only generic and copy-paste responses from both Lenovo and Blue Dart. Neither company has taken ownership of the situation or provided a clear delivery timeline.

Key Issues:

No real-time updates on the shipment status.

Repeated false assurances of early resolution.

Lenovo’s escalation team failing to act beyond scripted responses.

Blue Dart exceeding standard service timelines with zero accountability.

If this purchase had been made through Amazon or Flipkart, the item would have either been delivered on time or refunded promptly. This experience has not only caused frustration but has also completely shaken my trust in Lenovo and its logistics partner.

For a premium product worth ₹1, 82, 165, such an unprofessional experience is unacceptable. Lenovo products may be high-quality, but they are worthless if the company cannot ensure timely delivery and reliable support.

I request urgent intervention to ensure that this complaint is addressed and that other customers are made aware of Lenovo’s and Blue Dart’s poor delivery management and customer service.
