Bought this model around 8 months ago. My first complaint is that the charger cable length is even shorter than the standard length. As a result, i can't charge it at most charging points at home, or have to prop the phone on a stack of books because the cable is so short.
The touchscreen gets stuck many a time.
But the biggest problem is that, the battery is faulty. If i put the device to charge after battery is completely down, sometimes the phone shows charging percentage as 30 or 40% within just a couple of seconds. The phone charges normally after that, till battery is full. However, when the battery starts to discharge upon use, once it comes to 15% (Which is the low battery point at which battery saver gets activated), the battery goes from 15 to 1% in around 20 seconds flat.
I have never encountered this issue with any other phone of any other company. Extremely disappointed considering it cost 13 k. Was this information helpful? |
