We were called for a discussion about a holiday package from the company Letsgoholidays Oct 12, 2025, The sales representative Mr, Sandeep Raj had given commitment such as 48 Months No cost EMI for the holiday package which was Rs. 1.55, 000.
Since day 1 I have been following with the sales representative who confirmed that the EMI will be solved and done in my favour.
Yet i was charged for 24 months duration with interest charges on my credit card for the transaction.
The customer service is also very poor. My calls do not get attended. my mails get responded once in a blue moon day. I am fed up with this attitude, and wished to cancel the membership, which they are not responding also.
I want my refund of Rs 1, 55, 000 which was paid to the holiday groups as i do not want to continue with this kind of service.
