[Resolved] LetsBuyMobile — processing fee not refund | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you about the mismanagement of the amount collected from customers in the name of processing fee by the website "lets buy.com". I Niranjan sahoo had applied for purchase of a mobile on installment system for which the website had charged me nine hundred and ninety nine rupees in the name of processing fee to determine the criteria of my eligibility for the purchase of the same. later on when it was found that i was not eligible they did not refund the amount as stated in their agreement. the executive on discussion informed me that my amount will be refunded within 4-5 days but this continued for another 40 days and no amount has so far been recovered by me as such i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and see that other customers like me are not fleeced in the name of such fee. i hope necessary action will be taken against the website administrators. regards niranjan Was this information helpful? | |||
