LGoutsourcing — LG customer care lying.

GPS on my LG G5 mobile is not working. When I called LG customer care, these guys worked on my mobile remotely via "Remote call" application for nearly 1.5 to 2 hrs. Even then problem did not get resolved.
Seeing that customer care people are not able to resolve the problem, they lied and wrote on my screen "Solved" even when the problem still exist. Screenshot of this is attached herewith. Also they stopped responding to me on an ongoing call.

At present I am still not able to use navigation on my mobile as GPS is not working.

Please address.
