Lic Agent Gopal Sharma [protected] — misuse of documents

I am praveen kumar started lic policy in year 2016 policy no[protected] from lic agent gopal sharma agency code no. 93471124 mobile no. [protected]. The lic agent - gopal sharma collected a multipurpose form and cancelled cheque on 16 june 2018 for the purpose of convert the policy mode from half yearly to yearly but not deposited with lic and denied that he got my documents. And now he is receiving calls and not replying.

I have complaint to lic branch manager name mr. Harish gupta, mob no. [protected], servicing branch - lic of india, bapu bhawan sat nagar karol bagh, guru ravidas marg, satnagar, new delhi -110005 but branch manager denied my complaint and told me to come to office to lodge a complaint.

Please help in this matter and lodge a complaint against gopal sharma, lic agent and recovered my documents from him.
