When i tried to pay the due for my lic policy through my kvb debit card, the transaction was failed and it was showing reason as "transaction was blocked by the payment server because it did not pass all risk checks".
Also, when i used the netbanking to pay the premium, transaction was success and received the receipt. But when i tried to pay premium through the debit card, transaction was failed for multiple times.
I am having totally four lic policy, for all those policies i am unable to pay the premium through debit card. But the same can be paid using net-banking.
My debit card was supported by visa. Kindly refer to the attachment for transaction details. Kindly do the needful.
