High interest rate for existing customers and high interest rewriting charges of 10000 + 18% gst = 11800/-
None of the other housing finance companies are charging interest rewriting charges. I have experience with axis bank and bajaj finance ltd and none of them are charging interest rewriting charges.
Why they hell we have to pay 11800/- for interest rewriting as the rbi has reduced the repo rate and same has to be reflected to home loan interest. But lichfl is worser than private finance companies.
