I have not received jeevan dhara pension for the month of feb. 2016. I have made a complaint to vadodara office as well as neft, ahmedabad. Neft, ahmedabad office has asked bank details of my policy holder for annuity payment through neft and an email sent to vadodara office on 20.07.2016. Vadodara office told me that they sent the bank details to neft office on 21.07.2016 and my complaint is registered on their portal under icms no, [protected] dated 20/07/2016 and will be handled by mr./mrs. S, d, rana at branch lic of india, vadodara cab iv. They informed me that it will be resolved within 15 days. But till date no reply or action has been taken and when i checked my bank pass book at iob, ecil cross road br., hyderabad-500062. Nothing is credited for february 2016 pension.

I shall be very much thankful to resolve this issue from your end and i will be greatful for an early action.
