My son got enrolled in Coding class in the month of december, i paid the full fee rs 31000 for coding class, as i was promised by Lido that refund will be immediate no question will be asked if we want to discontinue the course any time this was their lido promise.
In the month of February 1 week classes start getting cancelled then teacher was changed, my son started loosing his interest in coding class, i requested for refund through email, which was promised before enrollment and i received the email on 02nd march 2022, that my request for refund has been accepted
since then even after multiple reminders to [protected]@lidolearning.com, there is no response communication regarding refund neither i recieved the refund.
Customer care number of LIDO became unresponsive
