I need justice for my hard earned money, this sofa and furniture wala is the biggest cheats in goregaon east, they have multiple complaints on social media against them but still they have not improved and are delivering wrong and faulty designs of furniture, we got our sofa made to order from them on 29/09/18 this day the order was placed, the design we selected and final product that got delivered is poles apart, first they made their own design, not ready to take feedback or improvise the sofa made, forced us to make full payment before delivery, accepted that they made a wrong sofa, then when we refused to accept it, they gave us assurance that they will handle any problem that occurs in 3-4 years, our advance paid money was at stake, forget 3-4 years, within a week the wheels of the sofa is displaced, covers of the sofa has gone loose and it looks shabby and a piece of # in our house, i call it brown gobar... It's the most uncomfortable sofa, base is so hard and the quality is not as promised, as a consumer i gave been cheated, pathetic, disgusting and all of #ty words is not enough for this place and for the sofa that has been delivered to us, i wish to sue them and get my money refunded for the brown gobar they have made for us... Cheaters call themselves interior designers... I want justice and have lost faith in them, i want my hard earned money refunded, they can take the filthy sofa away Was this information helpful? |
