I am a regular customer of Lifeline medicine shop at Garia in Kolkata. Whenever I have visited, even in the midday, I have found a customer has to wait for average 30 minutes. What I have noticed, there is no senior executive who should allot the work among employees, supervise the delivery system and take necessary action in changing the allotment whenever needed. On 13th December I had to wait for about 45 minutes (from 4 pm to 4-45 pm) to get some medicines. I found there were only 2 persons to search medicines and supply to the counter. After half an hour another 2 persons came out from inside to join them. I do not know what they were doing so long. In the meantime prescription queue has become much bigger, see the photograph. But there were 3 persons with 2 computers preparing bills. Due to inadequate supply by concerned persons the 3 persons remained mostly idle. See second picture, a lady even was seen sleeping. Please take action so that customers get medicines without much wait.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i came to purchase a sanitary product at your sodepur panihati branch on 2nd October 2022.that is right now.
As i was told that all sanitary products are under 3% discount. But when i was told that now it is not entitled for these kind of products. So, I told them to not bill it.A madam who was sitting at the cash counter made a loose remark about the buying capacity of mine.
This is very much insulting to me as well as for the common customer of a esteemed institution like yours. All the employee refused to give a complaint no. To me. When i asked madam's name she also refused to tell her name also.
So, please take necessary action and inform me about the measures taken by you.
Otherwise i have to take other steps.
Timing of the incident is 5.15 in the evening on 02.10.2022.
