We have purchased a fame Forever footwear for my daughters birthday size 24 o 23rd of sep 2018. So when she wore on her day for the first time to complete her look on 26th sep 2018, to our embarrassment, bow design on the belly came off its pasting in the middle of the party and the glitter was coming off and it was all over the place.

We make purchases from reputed brands like yours so that such situations can be avoided and we are carefree. I have my doubts repurchashing footwear from your stores now.

I would like to seek a refund for the sub standard product that we have purchased from lifestyle, mall of india.
