Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes and accessoires

The issue that I have experienced was: This order was placed on 9th april 2022.
I came to know on 14th April that my order status is showing items worth apprx 3000 have delivered. I called thrir customer care.
They said it has been delivered on 11th april.

After making frequent calls, on 29th april, a staff member named Sanjay came at 9.00am to our home.

We showed him proof in our society security log book ... that nobody entered our society from lifestyle fr our delivery on 11th april

Then he showed his courier signature log book. Our delivery was signed by someone 'Savitri '. There is no one in my floor named as Savitri.
In building, there are 250 flats ...i cant go n check each flat.

The courier boy then confessed that it is his mistake n requested us to ignore the matter because his job will be lost otherwise.

According to us, He misplaced or lost it.
But he went back and gave wrong feedback to his department that we are lying.

Again i got a call yesterday, 11th May, the executive repeated the same old things that your package had been delivered, check with your neighbors etc. We cant refund money.

Seriously, , , , i dont understand in last mail, they assured me that they have finally understood what the problem is---that packet has been misplaced by delivery person and he has shown fake signature to hide his crime.

This crime is being unnoticed by their team. Everytime i write a mail and make phone call, it goes to a new executive. Atleast 20 times i have repeated my conversation with their team. I have been continuously informing them that i have electronic proofs that nobody delivered or entered our soceity. But they are not tsking matter seriously.

It is a joke to them. Every time a new executive receives mail or call, and they try to promise false positive things and they are just in hurry to keep the phone so that they are saved from hassles of resolving it. It has become a meery go round. Pathetic customer care.

It occurred on: 11/04/2022

Refund my money.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
