Lifestyle Trend — Placed order but never received, no tracking available also

I have placed an order in https://lifestyletrend.in/ portal for a cooling fan with order number: 124618, on 28-Apr-2022. Amount : Rs.699.
However I have never received any updates on the order and I tried to track the order in the same website but nothing is showing about it .

but this number says does not exist.

So I'm not sure what to do and how to receive the order.
