I have airtel sim no. [protected]. I got a massage that outgoing service has been stopped (Dec-2018). As i had recharged the sim for rs999 or 1200 (I do not remember exactly) with life time validity (Jan - 2025), how my sim validity is reduced to dec-2018.
I emailed airtel, but they are insisting to do fresh recharge.
As a lifetime prepaid customer, i am entitled to get uninterrupted service as long as i have balance in my account.
