I ordered a ring (Order No. LR25340) from lightrings.in for ₹1519 via UPI / Cashfree.
The product page claimed it is 92.5% pure silver with 925 hallmark, but the ring I received has no 925 marking and is defective — the personalized projection message does not appear.
Attempts to contact the seller failed:

Contact numbers: non-functional
I have lodged a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 8710149) and emailed Cashfree (payment gateway) with all supporting documents, including payment screenshot and product photo.
I request a full refund of ₹1519 and appropriate action against this fraudulent seller.
