I am a new customer who has just moved from
United States. I really needed urgent help with my 2 kids so a friend of our suggested this to find maids.
Of course this was the worst decision ever. First, they come the same afternoon and collect the entire deposit then 3-4 days later they sent a maid. The maid came and wanted to leave within 2-3 days. When asked for reason she said company already told her that u just have to work until the festival is coming then we will replace. Sad part is I was never informed about this. Then it took them
10 days to find a maid and she joined. She left in 15 days as well. she has some major mental issues and was wired. Well, after all this is done then and she left, I must have called them minimum 50 times everyday. 2 people a lady named Pooja & Sangita are always there. I was talking to Sangita everyday for 20 days and then she finally gave me a maid yesterday who has 2 little ones. This Maid joins yesterday and said she needs to leave as her kids are too young and she is feeding. My point is why send such people and harass your clients and make them call u 50 times. I am still with no help and of course 80% of the times they won't answer your phone calls. Sangita keeps promising to do something but all fake promises. I have no problem in even taking the complaint back if they really genuinely help Was this information helpful? |
