I am writing to register a complaint about the wrong product I have received from limeline shopping site. I had order a designer kurti 111 on 28th of May 2019. The order stated that delivery will be done within 7-10 days. As per the order, I received the delivery on June 1, 2019) . Unfortunately, I received dirty and used saree and it is totally different from the ordered product. For this product i have pay 540/- Rs. ( 399/- for kurti, 100/- Shipping charges and 39.92/- Rs. for GST ). I called up on no. they have given on site but it doesn't working and when i sent return request on site they have not contacted me or responded to my email.So, I request you to please help me out.
