Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with Liners India Limited and I have submitted my PF withdrawal form to Haldwani PF office but form was sent back due to incomplete information. Then I again visited the PF office for submission of my form then Mr. Harish employee of PF office asked for Rs. 1000 for withdrawal. Then somehow I submitted my form with the help of my plant HR to the PF office on
24/02/2016. So I request the authorities to intervene in the same matter.
