Its up to them to work with us or not. However, people now a days are posting fake feedback for many companies, as they are getting paid by the competitors for those.

Don't know why someone is posting such fake feedback, if they have not worked with us. And if they have any complaints regarding our working policies which we share prior to work and request them to provide their confirmation on that, they may directly ask us or tell us their own terms instead of posting irrelevant feedback.
