[Resolved]  Link Star — harassing me regarding penalty

I got to know regarding this part time via some part time websites, thought that it would be helpful for my financial issues. the mediator informed that they will be paying 3000 rs. However, the company person said that they will be offering only 1, 500 rs and have enrolled everything and have sent agreement document and acceptance letter. where I haven't submitted it with my signature. later i got to know that it is a fraud company, so I thought not to do it. now they are threatening me saying that I've only 2 options 1. is I have to pay 7, 000 change penalty or I've to go to delhi with an advocate. I've also received mail from advocate asking that to pay penalty and they booked a case on me.
