Dear Parents – Strong Warning About Associating with LinksMind
I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with LinksMind. In my personal experience, they over-promise and fail to deliver.
Here’s my story: I was searching for home tuition for my child, and they assured me of offline classes four days a week. We agreed on a package, a tutor and their sales representative pushed hard for a full-year payment. We were hesitant, so we opted for a quarterly plan (a decision I now regret).
Day 1: The tutor informed us she was only available for online sessions, directly contradicting what was promised. When I tried to reach the same sales representative, she refused to answer my calls. We were left chasing their customer service over WhatsApp. Instead of resolving the issue, they pointed us to their refund policy — which essentially says that once you’ve paid, you can forget about getting your money back, even if they fail to meet their commitments.
In my opinion, their business practices are highly questionable and left me feeling cheated. I would urge parents to think twice, double-check every detail, and avoid committing a single rupee...
