I purchased a robot cleaner from Eureka Forbes, which is currently under warranty/AMC. However, despite repeated complaints and follow-ups over the last 3 months, the company has failed to repair or replace the defective product.
Multiple service requests have been raised, but no proper resolution has been provided. The customer support team keeps delaying the matter without any clear timeline. This has caused significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of service.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly intervene and direct Eureka Forbes to:
Immediately repair or replace the product, OR
Provide a full refund along with compensation for the delay and harassment caused.
The robot cleaner was taken to the service centre on 18 April 2026, but till now no resolution received.
