Liquor — Selling upto 33% above MRP

Dear Concerned, I want to complaint you of the high prices charged by govt. authorised liquor shops in Almora & Raiwala ( both in uttaranchal).The Beverage shop at Barechina, Almora and Raiwala, Rishikesh both sells liquor at more than 33% of MRP. I already have faced this with bot thye shops and exchanged a heated argument on the same. To my surprise they don't have any bill book with them where i could have collected the same for proof. This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. This is atrocious, I hope the concerned authorities would do needful. I m again visiting Almora and this time i will ask some other guy to visit the shop and make a recording of all the transaction.
