Little Flower High School — Not giving my experience certificate

I worked in Little Flower High School as a physics high school teacher but because of partial behavior of vice principal Srivalli Roy and academic coordinator Nisha i gave resignation. After giving resignation i asked for experience certificate then Srivalli said "why would i give you experience certificate as you have not completed a whole year" then i said i have worked here for 11 months so according to the rule you should provide me my experience letter then she said first I'll talk to chairman sir then let you know. From that day i am keep trying to talk with Srivalli, i am continuously calling in school to know the status of my request but they are keep ignoring me. Now it's been more than a month they are not answering me. I need my experience certificate to join other school.
