Little Millennium — Fees not being refund after 6 months of attendance and whole year payment

We paid the whole year fees at once during admission but after 6 months we are not happy with the teachers and admin staff so want to admit the child to another school but the little millenium preschool is not refunding the school fees while there are 6 more months still remaining.
