Dear LM complaint Department.
Complaint for- LM Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa Pune
I was happy to enroll my child with Keshave Nagar, Mundhwa. But due to Incident which happened on[protected] and 03-March-2017 We are afraid for security of my child and very upset.
Chief learning officer(CLO) sent communication for annual day function practice session time 9AM to 12PM to all parents. Venue was 9-10 KM far form campus.
Without any advance notice time was changed only for my child (9AM to 10:30PM ), when we drop my child on school on[protected] school staff asked us to pick him on 10:30 from venue which is 9-10 KM far form campus.
When I said I may not be available as will be in office, they have sent the kid back with me and not allowed him for annual day practice with other kids.
This is not the first time the time was changed only for my kid. Rest all kids of his class and other class was taken by bus and drop back on campus.
When I asked the reason why time was changed only for my child and why CLO send him back.
He did not give any reason and said kids is not his responsibility and Parent should make some arrangement to pick and drop when asked.
CLO denied to meets us on 01-Mar-2017 to discussed on this issue and called us on 03-Mar-2017.
In meeting he completely denies the facts and told that he did not sent child back and in between conversation he stated shouting like anything.
In 11 mins of conversation he is shouting all the time on us and later he asked us to leave the cabin forcefully with out listen our concerns.
Requesting you please take this all point strongly to management only.
