I am Y Neelam Lovely, Hyderabad, Customer using Live pure Touch 2000+. paid the amount of Rs. 8, 721/- towards ACMC on 17th July 2026.

There is a water leakage in my RO and since them, I have been calling customer care number, and raised a complaint regarding the same but there no result since then.

So, I have asked for a refund of the ACMC Rs. 8, 721/- on the mail [protected]@livepure.com on 27th July 2026 but that there on reply from the email too.
