Live Wires Media Institute — not refunding my money and also they not pay the gst from my amount

Actually i have not submit any documents in this institute for registration and they said that i have done my registration and also they are nnot paying the gst from the amount of regestration fees and i cant contiue this course due to some office and family problems and i want my money back but they are cheating with me and also with government. Please i need my money back.
I can show you the fee reciept given by them.
