Absolutely disappointed.
I hv Finalised Livespace for my Pune flat interiors in Oct 23 as we like the workmanship and quality of material thinking of a professional company and we don't want to deal with multiple agencies but since beginning they made mistakes in calculation of our project cost. Even after angered for same and paid advance they changed. Extreme delay and many mistakes in design, backorder and execution. They created a whatsaap group for updates and execution but only field execution ppl responds. Even after many escalations in group or their aap manager level ppl didn't bother to respond.
Then we complain to HO then they added HO person in the group and forced business manager's visit to our site but even after that no improvement.
We are forced to postpone our home warming function 2 times. But not completed.
Atlast we shifted to flat on 1st March Evan after shifting almost 1 and 1/2 month work is going on.
Still few things are comple full filled.
Very worst experience with Livespace Pune branch.
They are not bothered for customers.
