He have took my money for job visa in Malta after one year he was unable to process the visa because he is fraud I ask for refund he give me 200000 in 2.5 year but now hè blocked me everywhere and not attending my calls and messages

Hi, I[censored] have launched a FIR plz send me a copy because already case has been registered in CBD Belapur CP office Navi Mumbai and arrest warrant is issued right now everything is sealed his office n all kindly contact me asap [protected]
