I paid INR 25000 to Kandivali West Branch of LivSpace for a potential project in Mumbai.
I was assured that if the project does not materialize, full refund will be made or products of equivalent value can be purchased from the company.
Unfortunately, the project didnt work out and executives from branch sent me product portfolio for purchase of INR25000. Subsequently, they could not provide product I selected and they confirmed that they would make full refund of INR25000.
Its been 2 months and the executives have stopped responding to messages, emails and calls. No refund provided as yet. I can provide all relevant evidences like emails and whatsapp chats. Was this information helpful? |
