Llc Infotech And Jnu De Jaipur University — Completion of course

I am 3rd year student of this university and my admission done by infotech llc institute which are situated at CIT road Kolkata I was pass the 2nd year in 2020 but did not get any result hard copy and institute was closed in covid-19 period and till date it is not open and I could not complete the course because no one guide me how get admission for 3rd year and how to get 2nd year result. I am trying to many time to contact with university but they have no proper contact number and i also contact with mail but they not reply me so please help me about my career
