Llc Ukrstudy — Fraud & Cheating done by Dr. Mandeep Sol Administrator o[censored]SD 1500 from several MBBS Students

Please note that LLC UKRSTUDY (Administrator Dr. Mandeep Sol & his Son Naveen) has cheated several medical students & their parents in India & Ukraine in the name of providing utility services. Jurisdiction of this cheating case was done with me is Pune India.

They have taken USD 1500 in the name of providing utility service Hostels at Kharkiv Ukraine through their HDFC Bank Account number [protected] Ferozepur / Muktsar, India account INR equivalent Rs 106500.

I have WhatsApp Chat acknowledgement of receipt o[censored]SD 1500 ( in two lots reference id [protected] Rs 85200 dated 16- Aug-2019 18.39.38 & reference id [protected] Rs 21300 dated 17- Aug-2019 18.46.52 ) and promise to return USD 1500 by his Son Naveen.

Urgent Request to take the following actions against the Accused -

1. Delist this company from India and Abroad in order to save innocent students' life and parents' valuable hard-earned money

2. Freeze the HDFC Bank Account number [protected] Ferozepur / Muktsar, India account and recover INR equivalent Rs 106500 from this account.

3. Filing of FIR for the Criminal Conspiracy

4. Blacklisting information to the Embassy of Czech Republic, UK, Ukraine, Russia & other countries where Mandeep Sol is running Restaurant and educational racket.

5. Seizure of Indian Assets related to Dr. Mandeep Sol, LLC UKR & his Son Naveen

I just got a call from Customer Care +[protected] at 12.33 pm on 23rd March 2024 and the lady was very rude and she conveyed that my Premium amount cannot be refunded as the policy has lapsed. I told her that she should enquire about apparent fraud seen from the proposal form as well the name of both the Proposer and insured is put it wrong in spite of Aadhar Card and PAN Card with the Bajaj Team.

The Conclusion from her rude discussion with me is that they will never refund this amount as the policy has lapsed. I requested her to enquire about apparent fraud and misrepresentation but she doesn't have any details of past calls made to Customer Care and emails exchanged with Bajaj Life Insurance officials for refund/regularisation of the policy but it was never enquired and the request was never entertained

It is very obvious that Bajaj Life Insurance is merely interested in earning money through fraud, misrepresentation and ultimately forfeiting the HARD EARNED MONEY of THE CUSTOMERS through illegal means. I am quite annoyed by such a call, she was trying to blame me without any reference to past emails, conversations and reference to fraud which has happened to me.

Bajaj Allianz or IRDA should look into the matter seriously and I sincerely request that NO CUSTOMER will allow it's hard-earned to be forfeited. I was also asked to wait for 5 years to get a refund but it never happened.
