Llyod Ac — Error e6 in ac

I have many product of llyod company my led and with sound bar and split ac 3star pruchase date 10/06/2013. My ac is running good and satifaction llyod brand. Some day before my indor unit pcb electronic circuit wiring cut by rat. I sent at service center at chittorgarh for wirring on dated 21/04/2016. This indor unit return to me 03/5/2016 told me this unit is completed and tested by service enginer. Its my mistake am not checked at service center than receving time. His told me completed and tested. Than i have installed indore unit on dated 03/05/2016. And after on my mccb indor swing system running but after 30 second show error e6. And switch off than i call service centre he told me send service engineer next day but till now not coming in service engineer and not attend my fault. I paid full payment of repairing charges 2250/- i have calling after from 3/05/2016 to continuos contact every day (1st and second half) he told me send before lunch/ eveing. But till now not comming attend for e6 fault. I call you per day 2-3 time. So please humbly requested look at this matter as soon as possible.
