We have been struggling with this faulty Llyods airconditioner since the time, we purchased it and have substantial written records in form of e-mails to prove our stand, if required. It is a junk product, which works only for a few days and then stops working suddenly. Many a times, technicians visited, however there's no respite. The service centre at Udaipur gives false commitments of visits, and waste days on days - much to the level of mental harassment. By now, we are actually very aggrieved and facing tremendous discomfort. Expecting immediate permanent resolution to this issue!!!
