Lnmuniversity Tpsl Mumbai — Lnmuniversity Tpsl Mumbai amount debited two times for one application form

I want to inform your company limited is tpsl mumbai. When we apply ug part 3 examination form than we paid exam fees with tax 1157.95, Than we have show noting on the screen but amount has successful. Than again we paid exam fees but amount debit from account.but on the lmnu site there was no payment made. we connect to the our bank and they said the payment had been made to above mentioned entity. The bank proviode Ref No[protected] and the transaction id is S73387803. the date of payment is 03.04.2021 and the time is 12:59:15. so my humble request to refund the my payment in same bank account.
