Loan Front — I'm complaining about personal loan from online app called "loan front"

Due to corona pandemic i can't pay the loan money of 5073 by march 31st. As per govt order 3 months time has to be given to every loan due to corona. But this online loan app "loan front" charging me penalties without obeying govt's order. They charge ₹118 as one time penalty and ₹35/day as late payment charges. Please help me. I can't pay any bills in this pandemic time.

Sir I was unable to pay my loan due to this lock Down to loan front, recently RBI has told to repay their loans after three months, but the loan front app is requesting their amount with additional charges 118+35/day, I tried to call the customer care but there is no response
