I was having my car loan from "CitiCorp Maruti Finance Ltd" since 2007. After googling it a bit i found out there is no cost required to get your NOC and other required forms.
Background of that bank:
As of November 2012, Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited was acquired by Citicorp Finance (India) Limited.

After providing them just my Registration details they found my loan number and all details in their records.
Ask them you require NOC for your car loan and they will confirm your address and send it without any charges.
I received mine within 5 days.

Even i am facing the same problem, i am trying to contact the citi bank for the Noc but there are just making me go here and there..
No one is giving the proper answer or the way to get the NOC..

Please call Citibank at 18602102484, then choose Auto loan option on IVR, after that, please choose option 2 again for other queries, you'll reach to citi phone officer. Please keep your Loan account number handy and Vehicle registration details as well. They'll take your request after verifying security and that should be it.

i have taken car loan from citicrop maruti finance ltd. Vide loan no.: #e 113543 . On dt.013/11/2006.
The entire loan amount has been paid by me. But now when i need the noc from cmfl, i came to know that the company has closed there bangalore office, and there is no other contact detail of the same.
Now my problem is that i want to transfer my car to someone but without noc it is not possible.
