Mr. Joyashish Maitra, FCA, M. No.- 107546, Proprietor of J. Maitra & Associates, Baheti Chambers, Joshi Market, Tower Square, Akola-444001-MH & Fiscal Development Consultancy , D-Type, D-3, 1:6, B Wing, Opp. Apna Bazar, Sector-1, Vashi, New Mumbai-400703 is a Big Fraud. He taken mandate from our group company to augment finance for our group. He is taken Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) as legal fee which is refundable if the deal is not materialized & he is also taken Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac only) loan. Later he is started to say lie repeatedly and nothing is done. When we find he is a fraud, we complained with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). On our complain to the institute, he accepted that he taken above loan & it is refundable by him. But now he is neither responding nor returning money. We are going to file a civil suit against him. Therefore, we request to all concern that if any one is willing to deal with Mr. Joyashish Maitra in any manner , please identify Mr. Joyashish Maitra as a Big Fraud.

J.MAITRA & ASSOCIATES's response I would be forever indebted to Mr.Kailash Soni (CMD Of Radius Group) for the friendly loan he had advanced voluntarily at the time of my most severe financial crisis. The time i cannot repay. The matter is now sub-judice as i have taken legal action against the entity for their blasphemous attitude. They filed a complaint with ICAI ONLY AFTER I VOLUNTARILY WROTE TO THEM THAT I WOULD REPAY THE LOAN SOON ENOUGH, they neither answered phones or mails and suddenly decided to take this step. I fail to understand the motive though and immediately issued a legal notice and also replied to ICAI with all due proof. ANYONE WANTING TO KNOW THE TRUE STATUS, CAN PLEASE COMMUNICATE ON[protected] or mail at consultatj.[protected]@gmail.com , and all relevant documents would be mailed . The liability from my side stands and i do not know or understand how can one be termed as fraud, when the loan is accepted and time being asked for repayment ????? Mr.Soni is a kind soul and deep down in his heart he still loves me as a younger brother , maybe he was misguided on some count and took the step on impulse. JOY M.'s response The matter has been resolved by complete payment, as on[protected] and M/s Radius has withdrawn their complaint. So much hue and cry for nothing in the end. I still wish them the best

The matter is resolved with complete payment, so much hue and cry for nothing, when i was upfront on all issues. M/s Radius have voluntarily withdrawn the complaint. It was myself who battered them to accept the amount which was legitimately a unsecured friendly loan only.
I still wish them the best and may God bless them all.
